In short, tried to find biggest discounts for cars which costs < 25000 euro, around Berlin, with adaptive cruise control.

Findings:

• you can get up to ~8000 euro discount for a new car
• non-germans cars are leading in discounts mainly because they don't offer many options. These options could rise price of the car up to 200%.
